The coating covers the inner and outer surfaces of the gasket as well as the cut edges, suitable for long-term outdoor exposure conditions. The product complies with the GB/T93 standard and covers specifications from M6 to M20. Differences and Advantages

1. The spring washers are produced using a full-piece zinc immersion process. The cut edges also form a protective zinc layer, different from ordinary post-zinc spraying products. This reduces the risk of premature rusting at the cut edges and meets the long-term outdoor usage requirements of photovoltaic and steel structure projects.

2. The thermal treatment parameters are adjusted according to outdoor vibration conditions, ensuring stable elastic rebound and reducing the likelihood of permanent flattening failure under compression, thereby reducing the frequency of later inspection and maintenance.

3. The dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled, enabling the assembly of complete fastening component sets. The installation process is smooth and there are no problems such as jamming or improper assembly at the site.

4. Customization for projects is supported. Unless the standard size is specified, the thickness of the gasket and the opening parameters can be adjusted according to customer drawings, suitable for special structural nodes.

5. Flexible supply mode. Standard specifications are always in stock. Either the gasket can be purchased independently or the complete fastening component set can be packaged for export, simplifying the procurement process for overseas customers.
