The Bolt and Nut produced by YS STEEL's suppliers are complete sets of fastening components for outdoor engineering. They consist of hexagonal bolts, nuts, flat washers and spring washers. The products are cold-drawn forged from carbon steel and come in various strength grades such as 4.8, 8.8, and 10.9. They are treated with overall hot-dip galvanizing, and the threads are specially rolled to reserve coating gaps to reduce the risk of locking. The complete sets of components are pre-matched and can be assembled directly upon opening the box, suitable for projects such as photovoltaic supports, steel structures, and greenhouse sheds that are exposed to the outdoors for a long time and subjected to wind vibration loads.
YS STEEL Factory is a professional manufacturer and supplier of Bolt and Nut. Our standard specifications have
regular
inventory, and we support individual component purchases or pre-matched complete sets for export according to
projects. We
provide one-stop fastening component solutions for global engineering general contractors and integrators.
Product details
The entire set of fasteners includes hexagonal bolts, matching nuts, flat washers and spring washers. The raw
materials are
selected from high-quality carbon steel and are formed through cold heading technology. The metal structure is dense
and
there are no internal crack defects.
The products cover multiple thread specifications from M6 to M20, with bolt lengths ranging from 16 to 150mm.
Customization
is available upon request. The entire set of components undergoes overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment, with a zinc
layer
thickness of ≥ 85μm. The threads, edges and corner gaps can all form a continuous protective layer.
It is divided into multiple strength grades:
4.8 grade is suitable for light-load assembly scenarios
8.8 grade is commonly used in photovoltaic and steel structures
10.9 grade is used for high-load key load-bearing nodes.
The threads are processed by rolling thread technology. Tolerance is reserved before galvanizing, and the matching
nuts
adopt expanded thread design to improve the smoothness of assembly and reduce the problem of assembly sticking. The
products undergo comprehensive testing for tensile strength, shear strength, coating and size before leaving the
factory,
and the quality can be traced. Bolts, nuts and various washers can be purchased separately, or a complete set can be
packaged according to project requirements, using suitable export packaging for shipping.
Application scenario
- Ground photovoltaic power stations, rooftop distributed photovoltaic systems, agricultural photovoltaic
complementation
and fishery photovoltaic complementation projects, for the fastening of photovoltaic support nodes
- Steel structure workshops, steel frame connection nodes, main structure assembly that withstands alternating loads
of
wind and snow
- Multi-span greenhouse frame connection, suitable for humid, saline-alkali, and coastal salt fog environments
- Outdoor open-air mechanical equipment, connection points for equipment with long-term reciprocating vibration
- Supporting supplies for overseas EPC projects, complete sets of fasteners packaged for export delivery
Core Technical Parameters
Standard reference parameters, custom‑produced according to project drawing requirements
Non‑standard customization, full‑set kits, export packing, OEM service
Use
When selecting bolts and nuts, Bolt and Nut will consider the load requirements specified in the project drawings
to
determine the strength grade. For light-load greenhouses, grade 4.8 is chosen; for conventional photovoltaic
supports,
grade 8.8 is preferred; and for critical nodes with high wind and snow loads, grade 10.9 is used.
Assembly sequence recommendation: Pass the bolt through the component, then place the flat washer and spring washer
in
sequence, and finally tighten the nut; the flat washer is responsible for distributing the pressure and protecting
the
workpiece, while the spring washer provides continuous preload to resist vibration loosening.
During the installation process, follow the specified torque in the drawings for locking, and avoid violent forceful
tightening to prevent damage to the threads or failure of the washer to flatten.
When transporting and constructing, avoid hard objects from knocking and scratching the galvanized layer. The damaged
area
of the coating is prone to rusting. During the project operation phase, after the strong wind season, torque
rechecks can
be conducted for key nodes.
FAQ
Q1: Can the proportion of accessories in the kit be adjusted according to project requirements?
A1: Yes, we can adjust the number of bolts, nuts, and washers based on the project drawings. We also support
purchasing
individual accessories separately.
Q2: Is it likely to have thread seizing when assembling hot-dip galvanized bolts?
A2: The zinc layer reserved for the threads has a tolerance, and the nuts are expanded and machined. Under normal
standard
torque, the probability of seizing can be effectively reduced.
Q3: Can bolts of different strength grades be mixed in the same node?
A3: It is not recommended. The same strength grade of bolts and nuts must be used for the same connection node,
following
the engineering design drawings.
Q4: What are the delivery cycles for standard and customized specifications?
A4: Standard products are delivered within 3-6 working days. Non-standard and customized products have a production
cycle
of 7-14 working days.
Q5: Can a third-party testing report be provided for overseas project acceptance?
A5: Quality inspection materials for each batch of products can be provided to meet the requirements of overseas
project
approval.
Q6: Can samples be sent for preliminary testing and evaluation?
A6: Standard specification samples are free of charge, and the shipping cost is borne by the customer. Non-standard
customized samples will incur a small processing fee.
Q7: Does the outer packaging label support customer OEM branding customization?
A7: Yes, export packaging labels and labels can be customized according to customer requirements.
