Hot rolling and cold drawing finishing control flatness, edge straightness and thickness uniformity within standard tolerances. Bars arrive without warping, burrs or distortion, so they fit directly into modular assemblies with minimal on-site grinding or correction. This shortens fabrication time and reduces rework on curtain wall keels, reinforcement connectors and equipment frames.
High-purity steel billet with uniform metallographic structure and low impurity content gives consistent tensile and yield strength, plus stable toughness and fatigue resistance. Stress distributes evenly across the rectangular section, so the bar resists bending, shear and compression without local deformation. This covers both light reinforcement and heavy mechanical load-bearing applications.
The uniform material structure supports cutting, bending, punching, welding, tapping, grinding and stamping without cracking, deformation or springback. Hot-dip galvanized flat bar complies with GB/T 13912, with uniform zinc layer and strong adhesion, free of missing plating or zinc peeling. The coating resists coastal salt spray, outdoor exposure, humidity and chemical corrosion. This is the specified grade for substation grounding grids, PV station grounding and outdoor structural reinforcement.

• Southeast Asia New Energy Power Station Grounding Project (2025): We supplied 1,300 tons of S355JR hot-dip galvanized grounding flat steel for photovoltaic power station projects in Vietnam and Indonesia, applied to overall station grounding grids, equipment lightning protection grounding and support fixation reinforcement. Adopting thickened high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing technology to adapt to local high temperature, high humidity, frequent thunderstorms and salt spray corrosion, the products deliver stable anti-corrosion performance with uniform zinc layers. Pre-cutting and end finishing enabled convenient on-site installation. The project passed one-time acceptance and established long-term annual supply cooperation.
• Middle East Municipal Road Upgrade & Renovation Project (2025): We undertook the Kuwait municipal infrastructure project and supplied 950 tons of ASTM A36 American standard high-precision hot-rolled flat steel for urban road guardrail connectors, bridge reinforcement parts and municipal curtain wall installation bases. Featuring flat surfaces, precise dimensions and stable weldability, the products fully meet the appearance and structural safety standards of high-end Middle Eastern municipal projects. Complete English qualification documents ensured efficient customs clearance and project completion acceptance.
• European Precision Machinery Manufacturing Supporting Project (2024): We supplied 720 tons of EN standard S235JR cold-drawn precision bright flat steel for a Polish industrial equipment manufacturer, applied to the processing of mechanical equipment bases, fixtures and precision connecting parts.
