Raw material is selected before rolling, and each batch is verified for tensile strength, toughness, dimensional accuracy, surface flatness and corrosion resistance. Material certificates and factory test reports ship with every order. Mechanical properties and dimensions remain consistent across repeat batches, so the bar performs predictably in precision machining lines.
The internal structure is compact and uniform, with balanced stress distribution. The bar resists wear, impact and deformation under load. It machines reliably in turning, milling, drilling, forging, welding and bending, and responds predictably to quenching and tempering. Stainless grades add resistance to acid, alkali and humid or corrosive environments.
Carbon and alloy grades include Q235B, Q355B, 20#, 45#, 40Cr, 35CrMo and 42CrMo; stainless grades include 304, 316 and 316L. Diameter range is 10mm–300mm, produced by hot rolling, cold drawing, precision grinding or forging. Standard sizes ship from stock; cutting, grinding, polishing, heat treatment and special sizes are available on request.
Production is controlled in-house, so there is no intermediary margin added to the price. Bulk capacity supports repeat and long-term orders with stable delivery schedules. Cost control comes from production scale and process planning, not from material substitution.
Export packing uses inner waterproof and rust-proof film, reinforced middle wrapping and outer binding, which prevents moisture, corrosion, impact deformation and surface wear during sea and land transport. Customs declaration, logistics and full-track information are handled by our own foreign trade team. Cargo insurance is available.

In 2025, YS STEEL reached a long-term strategic cooperation with a large Southeast Asian construction machinery manufacturing enterprise. We customized and supplied 45# and 40Cr high-precision alloy round bars for the production of core shaft parts of excavators and loaders. The client’s core requirements included zero dimensional deviation, burr-free surface, qualified mechanical performance and stable monthly bulk supply. Through refined production control and full-process quality inspection, we strictly matched the client’s precision processing standards and achieved on-time monthly quantitative delivery with sufficient inventory. Up to now, the cumulative supply has exceeded 800 tons with a 100% product qualification rate, helping the client greatly improve parts processing efficiency and finished product qualification rate. The two parties have signed a 3-year renewal cooperation agreement.
We undertook a customized order from a European steel structure engineering enterprise, providing Q355B high-strength carbon steel round bars with full deep processing services including fixed-length cutting, hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment and precision grinding for outdoor load-bearing steel structure projects. The project had extremely high requirements on product weather resistance, dimensional accuracy and surface anti-corrosion technology to adapt to complex outdoor working conditions such as high and low temperature, rain and snow corrosion. We strictly implemented production and processing in accordance with EU industry standards, and improved the product's weather and corrosion resistance through professional galvanizing technology. All delivered products passed third-party authoritative testing and acceptance. The order volume of this cooperation reached 320 tons. The project was highly recognized by the client, and we have continued to undertake multiple batches of supporting engineering orders thereafter.
We supplied 304/316 stainless steel round bars to a Middle Eastern energy equipment enterprise for the production of precision accessories of petroleum and natural gas transmission equipment. In view of the local extreme corrosive environment with high temperature and high salt fog, we optimized production processes to improve the product's rust resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation of equipment. Meanwhile, we provided complete material test reports and export customs clearance documents to help the client complete customs clearance and production quickly. The initial cooperation order was 260 tons. With stable product quality and professional foreign trade services, the two parties have established a long-term and stable supply-demand cooperative relationship with a leading annual repurchase rate.
