The circular cross-section spreads internal and external pressure evenly, with no stress concentration points. Compared with square and rectangular pipe, it gives better torsion resistance, compression resistance and seismic performance. Under equivalent bearing capacity, it uses less steel, which suits large-span, high-load and high-seismic-grade projects.
The smooth inner wall and uniform diameter keep fluid resistance low and leave no dead corners where dirt or liquid can collect. This reduces pumping energy consumption and blockage risk. Scaling and wear loss are low, which suits municipal water supply and drainage, chemical and energy pipeline applications.
We run both high-frequency welding and seamless hot rolling. In welded pipe, the seam reaches strength equal to the base metal, with no cracks, pores or inclusions. Outer diameter, wall thickness and straightness are held within international standard tolerances. This gives fitting accuracy for precision equipment assembly and modular steel structure construction, and cuts on-site debugging.
High-purity steel billet with low impurity content gives the pipe basic resistance to rust and oxidation in outdoor, humid, low-temperature and sandstorm conditions. Surface treatment is selected by environment: hot-dip galvanizing, cold galvanizing or anti-corrosion coating. These resist acid-base corrosion and aging, extending service life and reducing maintenance frequency.
The pipe has good plasticity and supports cutting, bending, punching, welding, threading and flange connection. Standardized specifications and flexible connection methods allow modular assembly, which shortens construction cycles for civil, industrial and cross-border infrastructure projects.
