Our film-pressing wires are made from high-carbon spring steel and come in two anti-corrosion options: hot-dip galvanizing and PVC coating. They can be placed in harsh outdoor environments such as open greenhouses, high-humidity farmlands, and coastal salt spray areas for long-term use, maintaining lasting elasticity and not easily loosening or slipping off.

1.Wave curve curvature adjustment.

CNC bending process, uniform wave spacing, after being inserted into the slot, multiple points are evenly stressed, and there will be no local warping or wire popping out of the slot.

2.End bluntening and grinding treatment.

The two ends of the film-coated wire are deburred and ground, making it less likely to scratch the plastic film during installation, and also avoiding sharp ends from injuring the hands of the construction workers.

3.Two types of anti-corrosion surface treatments are available.

The hot-dip galvanized model has a dense and uniform coating; the PVC impregnated model has the steel wire completely wrapped by the plastic layer, without any exposed metal breaks, and has stronger anti-corrosion performance.

4.Flexible length cutting.

The standard factory length covers 2-3 meters, and can also be cut into customized short lengths according to project requirements, facilitating transportation and on-site installation.

5.Our Greenhouse wiggle wire is highly compatible with the card slots.

It can be matched with most of the national standard and export aluminum alloy card slots on the market; special non-standard card slots support individual mold adjustment of wave curvature.
